What should I do if I am having trouble purchasing a Gift Card with my Visa or MasterCard online?

Make sure the expiry date on your credit card matches the expiry date as recorded by your bank. Also, the address on your credit or debit card statement needs to be exactly the same as the one you enter on the order.

What is the Las Rozas Village Gift Card?

It is a prepaid Gift Card that can be used at any boutique in Las Rozas Village or in any boutique at any of the 9 Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages in Europe and where you see the MasterCard acceptance mark.

How much money can I put on a Las Rozas Village Gift Card?

For purchases online, choose a set value from £25 to £250 (in set increments); a €3.5 transaction fee per Card is applied which includes a small handling charge of €1. They are available in €25, €50, €100, €150,  €200, €250, or €300. No more than five Cards may be purchased online in one transaction. The maximum total spend per transaction is €300 (plus the transaction fee).

For purchases at the Las Rozas Village Tourist Information Centre; choose a value between €10 and €1500; a €3 transaction fee will be applied per gift card.

Is the Las Rozas Village Gift Card a credit card?

No, the Gift Card is a prepaid card that can be loaded with a set value.

Is there a limit on the number of cards I can purchase online?

You may select up to five Cards in one transaction, per credit card, day. You will be asked to provide the delivery details for each recipient.

How do I purchase a Las Rozas Village Gift Card online?

To purchase the Gift Card online, you can use your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Laser, Link and EC Cards. Debit cards are also acceptable. You will need to supply the following information:

1. your name, address, and telephone number;
2. the recipient’s name, address, and telephone number, and
3. your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card number.

How do I activate my Gift Card?

Please bring the as yet-to-be-activated Gift Card and the activation code (found in the email or package), along with photo ID to activate the card at the Tourist Information Centre at Las Rozas Village.

Is the Las Rozas Village Gift Card sent to the recipient or to me?

That choice is entirely up to you.

What if I want to order cards for more than one recipient?

You may order up to five Cards per transaction. You will be asked to provide the delivery details for each recipient.

When the recipient(s) receive the Gift Card, they must bring the card, along with the activation code & photo ID to activate the Card at the Las Rozas Village Tourist Information Centre.

Can I order a Las Rozas Village Gift Card to be sent to addresses outside of Spain?

Whilst you can use the Las Rozas Village Gift Card in all the nine Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages in Europe, we cannot ship a Las Rozas Village Gift Card to addresses outside of Spain. However, you can order a Gift Card online from the other Chic Outlet Shopping® Villages (excluding La Vallée Village in France) for delivery to recipients in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Belgium and Germany. Please see below the Villages for the UK, Ireland, Italy, Belgium and Germany.

When will the Gift Card arrive?

The as yet-to-be-activated Gift Card will be dispatched within two working days to the recipient using regular 1st class post. Please allow 5 days for receipt in Spain. There is a €3.5 handling charge per card that includes the transaction processing fee, activation, and gift package costs. Delivery is free of charge. 

Please bring the as yet-to-be-activated Gift Card and the activation code (found in the email or package), along with photo ID to activate the card at the Tourist Information Centre at Las Rozas Village.

What should I do if my recipient does not receive his or her Gift Card in the post?

Call Las Rozas Village on +34 916 404 900 between the hours of 9am and 9pm to verify your order. Have your activation number and the credit or debit card number that was used to order the Las Rozas Village Gift Card ready. Confirm that the address and recipient information you provided is correct, and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We will also try to contact you and/or the recipient on the telephone number and email address provided at the time of the order.

What if I want to buy something that costs more than the value of the Las Rozas Village Gift Card?

The value of your Gift Card can be combined with cash or cheque when making a purchase. At the discretion of each merchant, the value of your Gift Card may also be combined with another credit or debit card.

How do I check the balance on my card?

It is important to keep track of your Gift Card balance so you do not try to make purchases for more than the amount remaining on the Gift Card.

There are three ways you can keep track of your balance:

1. go to “Manage Your Card” on www.LasRozasVillage.com;
2. call the automated number on the back of your card 900 812 605 or,
3. call Las Rozas Village on +34 916 404 900 between the hours of 9am and 9pm and we will inform you of your balance after, for your security and privacy, your identity has been confirmed.

When does my Gift Card expire?

The value on your Gift Card expires 12 months after the date of activation. Cards purchased in-person at the Tourist Information Centre at Las Rozas Village expires 12 months after the date of purchase.

Can I add more money to the Las Rozas Village Gift Card?

No, but you can order a new Gift Card at www.LasRozasVillage.com

What happens if I lose my Gift Card?

If you lose your Gift Card, please call Las Rozas Village on +34 916 404 900 between the hours of 9am and 9pm. There is a €7.5 charge to process a lost or stolen Gift Card.
