Chef Kiko Moya, awarded with two Michelin Stars, has added some of his most exclusive proposals into our Terrace Menu, which, joined to Salmon Gurú's cocktails, created by Diego Cabrera, make an outstanding gastronomic experience. But talent keeps on in the Terrace, with the presence of the chefs Omar Malpartida and the men behind TriCiclo, which will delight everyone... 

Kiko Moya

Born in Cocentaina, Alicante, Kiko Moya holds an Advanced Technical Diploma in Cuisine from the region’s Tourism Higher Education college (CdT Alicante). The seeds for his professional career were first sewn when he attended a talk being given by chefs Juan Mari Arzak and Ferrán Adriá. Today, Kiko’s forever evolving creations are a reflection of his personality.

Salmón Gurú

Diego Cabrera is the authentic guru of cocktails, conquering the city of Madrid through his charm and drinks. Tras su paso por Le Cabrera, Diego creó la firma Twist de Naranja. Now he is opening his own cokctail bar, Salmón Gurú and has blessed our terrace with some of his best creations:
KION
Pisco, lemon juice, passion fruit and ginger
GRECK CITRICS
Vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice, cucumber, peppermint and sugar
YELLOW CHILI
Whisky, cardamomo, lemon juice, ginger and chile

Omar Malpartida

Peruvian chef Omar Malpartida attended Le Cordon Bleu Perú and has worked in several restaurants across Peru, Mexico and Spain. At the age of 26 Omar landed a position at Tiradito & Pisco Bar, where he was entrusted to design a brand-new menu. His creations reflected his unique culinary style, which embraces innovative techniques and never fails to capture the true essence of Peruvian cuisine.

TriCiclo

TriCiclo is the creation of three chefs that wanted to offer a gourmet experience in a relaxed setting to those who take pleasure in discovering new flavours and sampling innovative dishes. Javier Goya, Javier Mayor and David Alfonso first met when working together at one of the restaurants for management in Santander’s Headquarters in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). After that, they opened one of the most innovative restaurants in Madrid.
