IF I WANT TO CHANGE AN ITEM OF CLOTHING, CAN I CHANGE IT AT ANOTHER VILLAGE? AND AT THE BRAND’S OWN STORES IN OTHER CITIES?

Each boutique has its own exchange and refund policy. Each boutique will let you know what their specific policy is.

DOES LAS ROZAS VILLAGE HAVE AN ONLINE STORE OR CAN I RESERVE ITEMS BY TELEPHONE?

Las Rozas Village does not have an online store or a telephone reservation service, but we would encourage you to come and visit us, and discover everything the boutiques at the Village have to offer.

WHAT KINDS OF SAVINGS ARE THERE ON OFFER AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE AND WHEN CAN I BENEFIT FROM THEM?

WHEN IS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE CLOSED AND WHAT ARE ITS OPENING HOURS?

We are open every day all year round, with the exception of 1 and 6 January, 1 May and 25 December. From Monday to Friday, Sundays and Bank Holidays from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Saturdays from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please take a look at our opening hours.

ARE THERE TAPAS BARS AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE?

Yes, you can enjoy tapas at Café & Té.

HOW CAN I GET TO LAS ROZAS VILLAGE’?

Las Rozas Village is located only slightly more than half an hour from Madrid and can be reached by many different types of transport, including bus, train and the Shopping Express™, a daily coach tour from the city centre of Madrid. For more information visit Getting Here.

ARE LAS ROZAS VILLAGE PREPAID MASTERCARD® GIFT CARDS ACCEPTED?

WHERE AND WHEN CAN I USE THE VIP CARD AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE?

The VIP card can be used all year round at any boutique in Las Rozas Village, although it cannot be used in conjunction with existing promotions. To find out more about the terms of use, visit the Las Rozas Village Tourist Information Centre.

IF I’VE LOST SOMETHING, WHERE CAN I GO?

For lost property, you can go to the Las Rozas Village Tourist Information Centre. They will try to help you recover your belongings and they will direct you to the Centre’s Security Service.

CAN I WALK AROUND THE VILLAGE WITH MY PET?

Please, remember that you may not take pets in to the Village. However, Las Rozas Village does have a space where you can leave your pet free of charge, so that you can then be free to wander and try on the fashions you find in our boutiques.

IS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE EQUIPPED FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

The streets at Las Rozas Village are easily accessible, with no stairs or aisles that are difficult to manoeuvre around. There are also no stairs at the entrances to the boutiques, and there are wide front doors. Also, the Village has a free wheelchair loan service if required. ARE THERE PARKING FACILITIES AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE?

There are 1,500 car parking spaces, some of which are reserved for people with reduced mobility and for coaches. All spaces are available free of charge for your entire stay at the Village. We have further 200 underground spaces for the weekends.

IS THERE ANYWHERE WE CAN LEAVE OUR SUITCASES?

Las Rozas Village does not have anywhere you can leave your luggage, but you can go to the Tourist Information Centre where they will try to help you as much as possible.

IF I HAVE AN ACCIDENT, WILL I RECEIVE MEDICAL CARE AT THE VILLAGE?

Las Rozas Village does not have any medical facilities, but for any emergency, the Tourist Information Centre will endeavour to help you contact the emergency services in the area, and provide you with the medical attention you may require. Our security staff is trained in first aid, so they can provide basic medical assistance.

The Village also has a wheelchair available, should this be required by elderly visitors, visitors with reduced mobility, minor accidents.

IF I COME WITH MY CHILDREN, WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO FACILITIES FOR THEM?

The Village has large WC facilities with baby-changing facilities and bottle warmers. There are also two open-air play areas so you can enjoy playing together (it is not a nursery or a secure area) and a pram if you need one so you can be more comfortable when walking around the Village streets. AS A TOURIST, WHAT ADDED BENEFITS DO I GET AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE?

If you are staying at a four or five star hotel, ask your hotel for our tourism brochure and hand it in at the Village Tourism Information Centre, where they will provide you with a VIP Card (after you have filled in a form which they will give you) with savings at your favourite boutiques.
