When do we collect your personal data?

If you use our Las Rozas Village app (“App”) on your mobile phone or other device, we will collect your personal data in connection with providing information and services to you through the App. If you have given us your consent to do so, this will include collecting data about the frequency of your visits to Las Rozas Village. We will handle any personal data collected in connection with your use of the App in accordance with our Mobile Device Privacy Notice.
  3. If you sign up to become a member of our Privilege Programme, we will collect your personal data in connection with that purpose, and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privilege Privacy Notice.
  4. If you use our online jobs portal to search or apply for jobs with us, we will collect your personal data in connection with that purpose, and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Recruitment Portal Privacy Notice.
  5. We may also collect your personal data in other ways in accordance with our Las Rozas Village Privacy Notice, including through our use of CCTV and other surveillance systems at Las Rozas Village when you visit us, and in connection with information you may make public on social media.

What this Privacy Notice does not apply to

The Privacy Notice does not apply to other third party websites that you may reach through links on the Website . If you access other third party sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect your personal data and use it for their own purposes or in accordance with any privacy policy they may have, which will differ from our privacy notices.

What does this mean?
