HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OF PRIVILEGE?
You can sign up here on the registration page of the Las Rozas Village website. Alternatively if you’re in the Village you can pop into the Tourist Information Centre to register and start enjoying the benefits of the programme.
Privilege is free to join.
HOW DOES PRIVILEGE WORK?
Privilege is designed to make your shopping experience better than ever before. Each customer is issued a bespoke code which can be scanned every time you make a purchase. By getting to know your shopping behaviours and brand preferences, Privilege will send you exclusive benefits, event invites, news and offers that are perfectly tailored for you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRIVILEGE MEMBERSHIP CARD?
Your bespoke code will be sent to you in your welcome email, and will be available on your membership page on the website, in the Las Rozas app and you can even download this to Passbook (on iPhone) - never worry about forgetting your card again.
Remember to show this bespoke code in the boutiques in Village every time you make a purchase.

CAN I ACCESS MY BESPOKE CODE AND TREATS ON MY PHONE?
The Las Rozas app is the easiest way to benefit from the programme in the Village. Download the Chic Outlet Shopping app and navigate to Privilege from the homepage. After logging in, you will be able to view your bespoke code and tailored treats. Just show the bespoke code during each transaction for a chance to win.
CAN I SCAN MY BESPOKE CODE IN ALL BOUTIQUES?
Please present your bespoke code in all boutiques when you make a transaction. The majority of our brands are participating in the programme. For those who cannot scan, don’t worry, this will not impact your benefits! Please see here for a list of participating boutiques.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY TREATS, AND HOW DO I REDEEM THESE?
The treats can be viewed in the app and on the Your Treats page in your membership area online. Simply show the treats on your app to redeem these in the Village, or alternatively print these at home and bring these with you on your trip. You can print all offers from the membership area
The treats page will be updated regularly with exciting offers from your favourite brands and with treats from the Village.
WHAT IF I CURRENTLY RECEIVE EMAILS FROM LAS ROZAS? WILL THESE STOP?
Privilege is simply an upgrade of the current email membership which many of our valued customers are part of. Privilege offers you everything and more that the current membership offers. If you don’t upgrade to Privilege, you will still receive some communications intermittently from the Village.

WILL I RECEIVE PRIVATE SALE INVITES AS PART OF PRIVILEGE MEMBERSHIP?
Absolutely. Our Private Sale events will be available to Privilege members. Privilege members will receive invites and reminder about this special Village event.

WHO DO I NOTIFY IF MY ACCOUNT DETAILS CHANGE?
If any of your details change you can easily update them on the ‘Your Details’ tab on your membership area. Log in here to access and update your details.

WHAT IF I WANT TO LEAVE PRIVILEGE?
If you would like to leave please send an email to xxx@xxx and we will remove you from Privilege. Please note it may take up to 14 days to update your account. To instantly unsubscribe from emails at any time, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails. You will still be able to access your treats on the website or the app but will miss out on exclusive events, news and prize draws.
